Tube Fittings Overview
G-lender fittings provide a leak-proof, torque-free seal across all tube connections. Engineered for high-pressure, vacuum, and vibration applications using SS316 and other high-grade alloys.
Pre-Installation
Ensure tubing is cut square and deburred. Verify that the tubing material hardness is appropriate for the fitting and check for scratches that could inhibit a mechanical seal.
Assembly Notes
Insert tubing firmly until it bottoms out. Tighten the nut 1-1/4 turns from finger-tight for standard sizes and verify with a gap inspection gauge for a secure pull-up.
